Jonathan Polk is the owner of Polk Industries and his innate ability to connect with others - together with an insatiable thirst for distinction and concierge level service - has made him the “go-to” for some of the top names in the real estate industry.
Jonathan has over 20 years of industry knowledge servicing Florida’s Real Estate community in the realm of land surveying as well as other Land Title industry ancillary services. He has worked with numerous title insurers, mortgage lenders, attorneys, home builders, real estate brokers, and homeowners in order to accommodate their real estate transactions.

Jonathan was born in Morristown, New Jersey and moved to Southwest Florida with his family when he was 17 years old. Jonathan graduated from Florida Southern College initially with a degree in Hospitality Management where he honed his strengths in creativity, drive and leadership. He excels when challenged, especially when those challenges lead to surpassing his customer’s expectations and expands his company’s reach.
